Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an open position. The successful candidate must have 3+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in a land surveying/civil engineering related field.

Responsibilities:

• Use of AutoCAD – Civil 3D to process survey data - develop base mapping.
• Produce survey deliverables including but not limited to Physical, Topographic, ALTA, Boundary, and Utility surveys.
• Produce recordable Subdivision Plats.
• Basic reduction of survey field notes.
• Effectively communicate with internal staff and team members.

Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd, a local land surveying and underground utility locating company, is seeking a Virginia Licensed Land Surveyor with 5 years or more experience. A strong technical background with boundary and right-of-way calculations is also preferred. Ability to manage office staff and survey crews is required.

• Qualifications must include professionalism, business management, office and computer skills, estimating and proposal preparation, excellent communication skills and AutoCAD capabilities.
• Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Seeking motivated individuals looking 
to advance their position in project management and survey calculations. GIS background is a plus. 

• Qualifications must include professionalism, business management, office and computer skills, estimating and proposal preparation, excellent communication skills and AutoCAD capabilities.​

Seeking motivated individuals with experience in utilizing robotic instruments, GPS and all facets of conventional surveying. Laser scanning experience is a plus.

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a land surveying crew chief
• Previous work experience in all aspects of surveying and civil engineering type projects.
• Construction stakeout experience is a plus.
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a good DMV record
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and attention to detail essential
• Good organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Seeking motivated individuals with experience in utilizing conventional survey equipment to assist crew chief on a daily basis. .

• ​Minimum of 1-year experience in land surveying
• Data Collector skills
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a good DMV record
