          Both the surveying and mapping departments are fully automated, utilizing Civil 2018 in order to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art, professional services to our public and private clients. Our digital mapping services are provided using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or MicroStation. RSA provides the following services:

              The number one goal at RSA is client satisfaction. Our inclusion of a SUE department further supplements our firm's capability to increase efficiency and quality control. Our SUE Department provides Quality Levels B-D:​

• Quality Level B uses surface geophysical techniques to determine the existence, and horizontal position, of underground utilities. 

• Quality Level C involves surveying visible aboveground utility facilities and correlating this information with existing records.​

• Quality Level D information comes solely from existing utility records.
